Row 1:  dc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across to end.  ch 2 and turn.
Row 2:  dc in 2nd st from hook and in each st across to end.  dc in top of ch.  ch 2 and turn.
Row 3:   2  dc in 2nd st from hook.  ch 1.  Skip next st.  *2 dc in next st.  ch 1.  Skip next st.  Repeat from * across to end.  dc in top of ch.  ch 2 and turn.
Row 4 ... dc in each dc across to end.  (skipping all ch spaces.)  dc in top of ch.  ch 1 and turn.

Change to Onyx

ch 2 and turn.  
Row 5  - 7 ...  dc in 2nd st from hook and in each st across.  dc in ch. ch 2 and turn.

Change to Black
ch 2 and turn.
Row 8 ... dc in 2nd st from hook and in each st across.  dc in ch.  ch 2 and turn.
Row 9 ... Repeat row 3.
Row 10 ... dc in each dc across to end.  (skipping all ch spaces.). dc in top of ch.  ch 2 and turn.
Row 11 ... dc in 2nd st from hook and in each st across.  dc in top of ch.

Row 1 ... Turn scarf and sc in each space across end of scarf.  ch 1.
Row 2 - 3 ... sc in second st from hook and in each st across.  sc in top of ch.  ch 1 and turn.  
Row 4 ... sc in 2nd st from hook and in each st across.
  
Change to Lucious Sparkle Black Walnut
ch 2 and turn.

Opposite End Of Scarf

Row 1 ... Attach Black and ch 1. sc in each space across.  ch 1 and turn.
Row 2 - 6 ... Repeat rows 2 thru 6 above.

Cowl Neck & Hood

Fold scarf in half and from center count down on edge of both sides to 30 dcs and place markers.  
Round 1 ... Join black at marker on right side.  ch 2.  dc in each space around, with 2 dc in every 12th st, to marker on opposite side.  Join with slip st in top of ch.  ch 2.  65 dc.
Round 2 ... dc in each st around.  Join with slip st at beginning of round.  ch 2.
Round 3 - 18 ... Repeat round 2.
Change to Onyx
ch 1.  
Round 19 ... sc in second st from hook and in each st around.  Join at end of round with slip st.  ch 2.
Round 20 ... dc in second st from hook and in each st around.  Join at end of round with slip st and finish off.  
Add fringe to ends of scarf.
